Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans spinach
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
melted butter
Preparation

Drain spinach, pressing out water.
Mix with sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into greased casserole.
Top with crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bread crumbs golden brown.
