Lo-Cal Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Lite Cool Whip
    6 graham crackers (12 halves)
    1 tsp. chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Mix together pudding and milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Place 4 graham cracker squares in the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Pour on one half of the mixture.
    Place on top of that 4 more crackers and the remaining pudding.
    Top with the last 4 crackers. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
    Just before serving, pour in 1/4 teaspoon chocolate syrup.
    Makes four servings.
    Each serving equals 1 bread, 1/2 milk and 50 calories.
