Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 c. cooked peeled potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add potatoes and toss to coat well. Sprinkle chopped eggs on top. Cover and chill. Makes 4 to 5 cups.
