Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    4 green chili peppers, chopped
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium size onion, grated
    2 cans hominy
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt margarine in double boiler; add flour and blend well. Stir in 1 cup half and half and cook slowly until it thickens (thin to medium thickness). Add salt and pepper. Now stir in the hominy. Add chili peppers and grated onion. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
