Brownie Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
When cake is cooked, top with Cool Whip or chocolate syrup.
