Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut top off corn; scrape milky white substance from cob.
This makes about 4 cups kernels.
Mix corn, salt and water together. Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add corn; cook over medium heat, stirring to be sure it won't burn on the bottom.
Cook for 15 minutes or until corn is tender.
