Ritz Peanut Butter Crackers(Healthy Kids Snack) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 jar creamy peanut butter
1 pkg. white stars or 1 lb. box powdered sugar
chocolate stars

Preparation

Spread peanut butter on Ritz crackers and top with another cracker.
Melt 1 package white stars in double boiler over low heat.
Spread on top of crackers as frosting and place a chocolate star on top.
You may substitute 1 box of powdered sugar mixed with enough milk to make a thick but spreadable frosting in place of the white stars.
We sometimes top them with M&M's or corn candy.
