Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. pumpkin, smashed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and flour.
Add the slightly beaten eggs, milk and cream.
Mix well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Reset oven at 350\u00b0 and finish baking 25 to 30 minutes.
