Meat Loaf(For 50 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. ground pork
    10 oz. bread crumbs
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 qt. milk (variable)
    1/4 c. salt
    2 oz. onion, chopped finely (optional)
    1 tsp. pepper
    few grains cayenne
Preparation
    Mix ingredients lightly.
    Do not overmix.
    Place in 5 (4 x 9-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serving:
    4 ounces.
