Texas Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 oz.) cans black eyed peas, drained
1 (15 oz.) can white hominy, drained
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) bottle zesty Italian dressing
Preparation

Mix vegetables and pour salad dressing over all.
Refrigerate overnight and serve with tortilla chips.
