Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 eggs (unbeaten)
1 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
