Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar.
    Add sour cream, beating until fluffy.
    Add lemon rind and vanilla; add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended and pour into pan.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes. turn off oven and leave door ajar for 60 minutes.
    Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
    If desired, garnish with fruit.
