Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
    In another bowl, beat eggs and add them to the dry mixture.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide batter evenly and pour into prepared pans.
    Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Test with toothpick.
    Let bread cool in pans 10 minutes on wire racks.
    Remove from pans.
    Let cool.
    Makes 2 loaves.
