Shells And Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked shell macaroni
    4 c. red seedless grapes
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    3 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium clove garlic, finely minced or garlic powder
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook macaroni \"al dente\" (slightly underdone).
    Drain.
    While hot, combine with grapes, scallions, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir well.
    Stir into macaroni until evenly mixed.
    Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight.
    Toss before serving.
