Old Fashioned Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, soda, salt and egg.
    Add enough cornmeal to make a thin batter.
    Grease an iron skillet good and have it hot before pouring in the batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
