Cranberry Relish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    2 medium oranges
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. dark jello (black cherry or raspberry)
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and drain cranberries, chop in food processor.
    Chop seeded, unpeeled oranges.
    Drain pineapple and mash out juice. Use juice from pineapple for another use or discard.
    Add sugar to cranberries, oranges and pineapple and mix well.
    Add jello to water and mix into cranberry mixture.
    Pour into bowl and chill until set.
    Delicious with Thanksgiving turkey.
