Crispy Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced or chopped
20 slices sandwich bread with crusts removed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine chicken, soups, pimento, onion and water chestnuts, mixing well.
Spread evenly on 10 slices of bread.
Top with remaining ten slices.
Wrap sandwiches individually in heavy-duty foil and freeze.
