Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, 1-inch thick
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In heavy skillet, brown pork chops in small amount of hot shortening.
Pour off fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
For sauce, combine tomato sauce, catsup, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke; pour over chops.
Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Serves 6.
