Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. popcorn
Preparation

Mix syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Heat oil in a 4-quart kettle about 3 minutes.
Add corn, cover loosely and shake over the heat until popping stops.
Pour syrup mixture over corn and stir over medium heat until corn is completely coated.
Shape corn into small balls (about 1 1/2-inch).
Makes 16 balls.
