Pork And Apple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled tart apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    4 lean pork cutlets or chops (about 1 lb.), cut 3/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place apples in well-greased baking dish (8-inch square).
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples.
    Coat pork with bread crumbs.
    Arrange pork over apples.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
