Peanut Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 bags Reese's miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream together oleo, brown sugar, white sugar and peanut butter.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add flour and baking soda.
Mix well.
Make 40 balls and drop into miniature cupcake tins.
(Do not form into a crust like you do for tassies.)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and immediately press mini peanut butter cup into each cookie.
Wait until cool before taking out of pans.
