Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1/4 c. green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
Form cakes and dip in bread crumbs.
Fry in vegetable shortening until golden brown. Serves 6.
