Mole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. broth
    2 tsp. garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    2 c. water
    5 tsp. mixed chilies (5 different flavors of chilies)

    Note:
    May also be used for sauce for enchiladas.
