Honey Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. canola oil
    5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. white wine or orange juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives or 1 Tbsp. dried chives
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In nonstick skillet, saute onions in oil.
    Add chicken and cook, turning once, then add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer until done, but not dry.
    Makes 5 servings.
