Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Flour and grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) pans.
    Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl; mix 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake oblong pan 40 to 45 minutes, layers 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool and frost with Sour Cream Frosting.
