Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add eggs, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
