Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and diced (no salt; Fritos will be plenty of salt)
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    1 onion, diced
    2 1/2 c. Fritos
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix the chicken, soup, enchilada sauce and diced onion in a large pot.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add Fritos, then pour into a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish that has been greased.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
