Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. hot water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    5 c. flour
    kosher salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0. In a large bowl mix water and yeast.
    Stir in warm water and brown sugar.
    Slowly add 5 cups of flour, stirring constantly.
    Stir until mixture is smooth and does not stick to the sides of the bowl.
