Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. raw apples, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Prepare apples\tand set aside.\tMeasure salad oil (room temperature) into
    mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Mix well at low
    speed until creamy smooth. Add flour in small amounts. Add salt,
    cinnamon
    and
    vanilla.
    When batter is well mixed, add apples and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
