Apricot Delight Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box apricot jello
1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 sliced or chopped bananas
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
2 small pkgs. Dream Whip
Chopped pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Mix jello as directed on box, allowing to partially set.
Add drained pineapple and bananas to jello saving pineapple juice. Combine eggs, flour and sugar with pineapple juice and cook until thick.
Add cream cheese and let cool.
Prepare 2 small packages of Dream Whip as directed on package.
Add to the cooled cream cheese mixture and pour over salad.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
