Spaghetti With Herbed Tomatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil and salad oil
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed.
    Over medium heat in hot oil, cook garlic until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt, stirring until hot.
    Drain spaghetti; toss gently with tomato mixture, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
