Baked Carrot And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots
5 apples, thinly sliced
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Place layer of apples in 11 x 7-inch baking dish, alternating with carrots until all are used.
Mix sugar with flour and sprinkle over vegetables. Mix cornstarch with juice and pour over dish.
Crumble brown sugar and pecans over vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
