Swiss Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 c. coarse grated Swiss cheese
3 oz. thin sliced ham, cut in strips
2 green onions, dried
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
parsley
Preparation
-
Sprinkle cheese, onions and ham in pie shell.
Beat eggs, half and half and seasonings.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake on lowest oven rack for 40 minutes.
Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
