Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green peppers
    6 hot peppers
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Bring to a full boil and boil 3 minutes:
    peppers (chopped up), vinegar and sugar.
    Drain and save juice, throwing peppers away. Add to juice the Certo and boil 1 full minute.
    Add green food color.
    Put in jelly jars topped with paraffin wax.
    This is good spread on Philadelphia cream cheese and used as a cracker spread or dip.
