Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mashed potatoes
12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet.
Add garlic, salt and pepper.
Add small amount of water and cook slowly until tender.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well with meat.
Warm tortillas in grease in skillet; remove and place 1 tablespoon of meat mixture on center of tortilla.
Fold over and pin with toothpick.
Fry taco in grease until brown; drain well on paper towel.
Serve with chopped onions, lettuce, canned, peeled green chili peppers and hot sauce.
