Mom'S Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans peas, drained
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    In casserole dish, layer 1 can peas, 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 amount of cheese and 1/2 amount of cracker crumbs.
    Repeat with 2nd can of peas, beef and cheese; add milk, then cracker crumbs.
    Mix mix top layer of crumbs with a little melted margarine.
    Bake about 45 minutes.
    Let set before serving.
