Barbecue Sweet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ears of corn
salt
black pepper
margarine or butter, softened
Preparation

Choose tender, sweet corn in husks. Strip husks down to the end, but do not tear off. Remove the silk. Let corn stand in ice water for 20 minutes. Drain well. Brush corn with butter or margarine and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bring husks up around corn. Be sure entire corn is covered. Wrap each in heavy-duty foil. Barbecue for 15 minutes on each side.
(Very good.)
Now barbecue your ribs.
