Nana'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. white cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in iron skillet over burner.
    Pour in batter (it will form a crust on the bottom).
    Place immediately in oven at 425\u00b0.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
