Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. sesame seed
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 chicken breast halves, boneless or bone-in
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over high heat, brown sesame seed until toasted and light colored.
Pour sesame seed into a small bowl and mix in honey, sherry, mustard and lemon juice.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (boneless) or 40 to 45 minutes (bone-in).
Turn chicken once or baste with sauce several times while baking.
