Pork, Onion And Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh picnic ham
    1 bay leaf
    4 large onions
    2 cloves garlic, cut up
    3 green peppers
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. salt (or more)
Preparation
    Place picnic ham in a large pot, cover with cold water. Cut up 1 large onion in pot, add bay leaf, 2 cloves garlic and one green pepper
    (cut
    up).\tBoil
    until
    done, about 1 hour. Remove from heat and
    let
    cool.
    Trim\taway all lean meat and cut in 1-inch pieces.
    In
    saucepan heat a little oil.
    Put in 3 large onions (cut
    up)
    and
    2 large peppers.
    Saute until a little brown, stir in
    meat
    and
    spaghetti sauce.
    Mix well. Cook about 10 minutes. Serve with hot rice or bread.
