Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 firm medium-sized tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Oil large shallow baking dish. Cut tomatoes horizontally and place cut side up in the dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine parsley, basil and garlic and sprinkle over the tomatoes. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of oil on each tomato half. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature. Makes 6 servings, 1 tomato each.
