Amish Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 c. water
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except soup and 1 can water) and pat into a cookie sheet with sides.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Cut in 3 x 3-inch squares.
    (You may freeze squares at this point to be used later.)
    Roll squares in flour.
    Brown.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cover with beefy mushroom soup and water.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Take foil off for the last 5 minutes.
