African Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked rice
    7 to 8 stalks celery, cut small
    1 1/2 cans tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. shredded or sliced almonds
Preparation
    Sauce celery and onions in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Take out and put meat in pan.
    Brown well.
    Combine all other ingredients and bake in a 3-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
