Cheesy Green Onion Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. Rice Chex, crushed to 1 c.
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 18 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups. Cut and separate cream cheese into 1/4 inch cubes; set aside.
