Chop Suey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl (not mixer), combine flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
    Mix with wooden spoon until thoroughly moist and combined.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until puffed and browned on top.
