Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or soy sauce
Preparation

Toss ingredients together and spread in shallow baking dish. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Top with sharp Cheddar cheese and toasted almonds.
Return to oven to melt cheese.
Serves 6.
