Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. dry long grain rice
    butter, salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Lea & Perrins
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 large can mushrooms and juice
    2 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Brown onions in small amount of butter or oil.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, stirring once and adding water, if dry.
    (Can also be made on top of the stove in a covered saucepan until rice is tender, 45 to 60 minutes.)
    Serve topped with dollop of sour cream.
    Serves 4 to 6.
