Hot Potato Scalloped Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1 thin slice bread, cubed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. crushed cornflakes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in large bowl.
    Add cheese, broken in small pieces, and bread.
    Mix lightly so potatoes are not mashed. Season and put into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour melted butter and milk over mixture and sprinkle with cornflakes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
