Pepperoni And Chive Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/4 c. fresh chives, chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. pepperoni, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) light sour cream
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pepperoni.
    Stir until just moist.
    Fold in pepperoni. Spoon into greased muffin pans.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
