Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Put all ingredients in a bowl (except cheese) and mix together.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until brown and bubbly.
    Serves 10 to 12.
